National General Insurance – 450 Hanes Mill Rd
Workplace Strategies teamed once again with National General Insurance to further expand their presence in Winston-Salem, NC by renovating approximately 75,000 square feet at 450 Hanes Mill Rd.
The project further progressed the nation-wide relationship with NGIC and the establishment of a company-wide facility standard to be used at all new locations.
Key features include a central office core composing of enclosed Offices, Huddle Rooms, Copy/Print and Break Room which allows for an unobstructed floor plate and natural lighting for the Open Office. Custom color Nat Gen blue and orange acoustical baffles and accent resilient tile floor establish building and floor way finding to assist the nearly 700 employees among 3 floors.
