Workplace Strategies worked with Coltrane Life Center and the Stanly County Adult Day Health Task Force on the adaptive reuse and renovation of the former Wachovia branch bank building in downtown Albemarle. The project site will be reconfigured to allow for a convenient patron drop-off location and the bank’s drive-thru teller system will be converted to a screened-in porch. The interior includes a living area, activity kitchen and wellness room.
