One of the leading manufacturers of high quality commercial seating, Brayton International recently completed the consolidation of it’s corporate headquarters and four separate manufacturing plants into one state-of-the-art facility.
Workplace Strategies was retained by Brayton to develop a facility program and project guidelines for the 35,000 SF office component of the 235,000 SF facility. The contractor and architect used the program document to develop design requirements and to guide the execution of the design-build. The program document was a critical step for the client to determine the actual facility size needed, and the blocking of the office space departmental sizes and adjacencies.
