Growing success in the mortgage guaranty business resulted in the need for a strategic facility plan and the development of finish and furniture standards.
Workplace Strategies was retained to develop a long-range program and test-fit for the client’s existing high-profile location. A multi-phase plan was developed to improve adjacencies and work flow while implementing the new facility design standards as additional tenant space became available, expanding the total space from 30,000 to over 60,000 square feet.

The complete renovation included the reception area, executive suites, lunchroom, and all general office areas.
