Heafner Tire Group was able to consolidate its executive group with operational and sales departments in a 75,000 square foot, pre-furnished office park building. Workplace Strategies assisted the client to develop a facility program and test-fit, then create a new spaceplan and furniture redeployment plan.

New interior finishes were selected, and interior upfit included executive offices, boardroom, and other meeting spaces. Due to the large open floor plan, an innovative paint scheme was used on the central colonnade to assist way-finding and create a sense of place. The color selection
referenced the East-West orientation of the building with a sunrise-to sunset palette.
