Medical Office Building
Programming, Interior Design, Construction Documents, Furniture Selection
and Specification.
This project involved the complete renovation of a 32,000 square foot
building and design of clinical spaces for the Department of Urology
on the first floor of the building.
Requirements included 24 exam rooms, four procedure rooms, two
urodynamics suites, and a radiology suite including CT Scan and X-Ray. The space was arranged into four pods, one pediatric, two adult,
and one continence, with separate waiting rooms for each practice
area. Careful attention was given to efficiency, patient comfort and
flow, with lab and radiology services centrally located and the exam
pods radiating around the central atrium space. A sophisticated finish
palette includes natural references, rich finish tones, and subtle accent walls in exam and circulation spaces.
