Workplace Strategies Inc. worked with the
Facility Planning and Construction staff of Wake
Forest University Baptist Medical Center (WFUBMC) to develop a Facility Program and Test-Fits
associated with the relocation of office space
required for the new Emergency and Critical Care Bed Tower.
The scope of work was based on Programming and Analysis of approximately 70,000 SF of space to be renovated in the South Tower, West Tower,
M Reynolds, and Janeway Buildings. The scope included planning for 15 User Groups.
During the project, workplace Strategies was asked to develop Facility Standards and Guidelines for Furniture, Equipment and Architectural Services.
The guidelines were published and are now in use system-wide.![]() |
