Schematic Design, Finish and Materials Selection and Specification, Furniture Selection and Specification
Workplace Strategies worked as a consultant to the project architect on this signature 24,000 SF medical office facility.
The facility program included doctor’s offices, exam rooms, treatment rooms, radiology, and a large exercise and rehabilitation center with separate check-in/check-out.
Intuitive circulation among the different program element was accomplished with form, color and furniture working in concert to create flowing lines and circulation paths.
The latest in material technologies, architectural lighting and bright colors were used to create a family friendly yet energized feel to the space.
Reception, lobby and check-in/check out areas elegantly incorporated HIPAA privacy requirements.
