Investment Banking and Wealth Management Group
Programming, Interior Design, Construction Documents,
Construction Administration
Working in conjunction with Deutschebank Corporate Real
Estate in New York, this project involved the development of space standards, programming, spaceplanning
and Construction Documents for a local financial services
branch focused on wealth management.
The 9,600 SF office upfit in the Wachovia Center
building was planned and constructed on an accelerated
schedule, including highly detailed millwork throughout the
space.
Increased visibility and interaction was achieved with
glazing on all perimeter offices, day lighting throughout the
space, and new open plan workstation standards
combining lower height partitions with increased
worksurface and storage.
Woods, fabrics and interior finishes were all selected to
support the transitional aesthetic and for their acoustic
properties.
