Workplace Strategies Inc. was founded in the year 2000 by principals Alicia Hardin (President) and Peter Marsh (Vice President). We have grown into a leading facility planning and design practice by providing our clients with passionate representation, creative talent and progressive design.

Based in Winston-Salem, NC, our firm has planned, designed, and project managed the construction of over 10 million square feet of commercial and institutional real estate. Our completed projects number over 500 nationwide, ranging from Miami to Seattle.

Our work is referred by corporate executives, commercial real estate firms and property management firms.

We frequently serve as the client’s prime consultant, organizing architecture and engineering teams as the owner’s representative. Our work includes the design of single and multi-tenant buildings as well as interior tenant improvements.
